Primary Care
Focused Primary Care & Wellness Services
At Renew Psychiatry Services, we offer select Adult Primary Care and Wellness Services designed to complement your existing healthcare. Our goal is to make it easier to address common medical concerns that may affect your energy, mood, weight, and overall well-being.
Sarah Moore, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC provides focused medical evaluation and follow-up for adults with uncomplicated health concerns, with an emphasis on prevention, chronic-condition monitoring, and whole-person wellness.
A Focused Approach to Primary Care
Our primary care services are intentionally limited in scope and are best suited for stable, non-emergency medical concerns. Renew Psychiatry Services does not currently function as an urgent care center or comprehensive family medicine practice.
Focused primary care can be especially helpful for individuals who would like additional support addressing common health concerns that may overlap with their mental health, energy levels, weight, or overall wellness.
When a concern falls outside the scope of the services we provide, we will recommend follow-up with your established primary care provider or an appropriate medical specialist.

Primary Care Services We Offer
Our focused primary care services are designed to help adults manage common, stable health concerns while supporting their overall physical and emotional well-being.
Hypertension Evaluation &
Follow-Up
High blood pressure often requires ongoing monitoring and lifestyle or medication adjustments. We provide evaluation and routine follow-up for adults with uncomplicated hypertension to help support healthy blood pressure management over time.
Type 2 Diabetes & Prediabetes Monitoring
For adults with stable type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, we can provide routine monitoring, review laboratory results, discuss lifestyle factors, and help you stay on track with your ongoing care plan.
Anemia Evaluation & Follow-Up
Symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, or decreased energy can sometimes be related to anemia or nutritional deficiencies. We can evaluate common causes, order appropriate laboratory testing, and provide follow-up based on your results.
Fatigue & Metabolic Evaluation
Persistent fatigue can have many potential causes. A focused evaluation may include reviewing your symptoms, medical history, medications, sleep, nutrition, and appropriate laboratory testing to identify common factors that may be contributing to low energy.
Perimenopause-Related Concerns
Hormonal changes during perimenopause can affect sleep, energy, mood, weight, and overall quality of life. We provide evaluation and supportive care for common perimenopause-related concerns and coordinate additional specialty care when appropriate.
Weight Management & Obesity Care
Weight is influenced by a combination of medical, metabolic, behavioral, and lifestyle factors. We take an individualized approach to weight management that may include health assessment, laboratory testing, lifestyle counseling, medication review, and ongoing monitoring when appropriate.
Routine Medication Monitoring
Certain medications require ongoing evaluation or laboratory monitoring. We can help review medications, assess for common side effects or health considerations, and order appropriate routine testing as part of your care.
Laboratory Testing & Review
When clinically appropriate, laboratory testing may be ordered to further evaluate symptoms or monitor an existing condition. Results are reviewed in the context of your overall health and discussed with you as part of your treatment plan.
Health & Lifestyle Counseling
Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and other daily habits can have a meaningful impact on both physical and mental well-being. We provide practical, individualized guidance to help you work toward sustainable health goals.
