At this time, INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED for medical visits.. HSA cards are accepted for many services as well. We do offer financing options/payment plans.
Many services can be provided virtually. However, vital signs, controlled medication prescriptions, and Body Scan Measurements must be completed in person.
Initial Medical Evaluation
60-minute Clinician Visit
- Comprehensive medical + weight history
- Review of current medications (including psychiatric meds)
- Assessment of medication
- Education on medication options, expectations, and side effects
- Personalized treatment plan including a full review of behavioral, nutrition, fitness, and medical needs.
- Prescription coordination (when clinically appropriate)
Follow-Up Visits
30 minute-Clinician Visit
- Ongoing clinician management
- Used for:
- Dose adjustments and side-effect management
- Plateau troubleshooting
- Medication changes or discontinuation when needed
- Accountability and adherence support
- Integration with mood, appetite, stress, and executive-function challenges
- Follow-up frequency is individualized based on response, needs, appropriateness, and safety
Optional Team-Based Support
- Available if clinically helpful:
- Registered Dietitian — $120/session
- Certified Fitness Trainer/Health Coach — $75/session
- Metabolic Genetic Testing- price varies
